A large spacious home with lovely accommodations and amenities. The directions to get to the property and how to get in were very detailed and spot on and very much appreciated! The communication with Neil was excellent and we had a very lovely time as a family!

It was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice big back yard, my dog loved it he ran and played and slept good that nigjt!

Our second visit to SVR. We LOVE this place! So much serenity and peace watching the cows graze. There is ample privacy and Lauri is quick to respond to any needs. We loved the visits from Eeyore the burro. This lovely little haven truly feels like a home away from home.

This place was great! Exactly how it was described, it’s also very clean and well organized. Only complaint, I wish you all had patio furniture and more cleaning products to help keep the space clean during the stay. Other than the two minor things this place is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We loved staying here and would love to return when we journey back through!

The house had all the necessities for cooking. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The fish cleaning station was very convenient. This is the perfect place to stay for a fishing weekend.

Amazing home in Webb City!!!

This was an excellent last minute stay! I was passing through and Neosho ended up being my stopping point for the evening. I always check Airbnb first before subjecting myself to the ever declining condition of hotels throughout the country, and Mica's place was THAT excellent find! It was the evening and I messaged Mica a bit late, hoping that she would answer and accept my request to book. A few moments later I got that response for which we all hope. SCORE! The place was quiet, accessible, super comfortable, and thoughtfully functional. I only wish i had the ability to spend a little more time in Mica's place to relax, but of course, I had to continue on my work trip the next morning. Thank you again! I can only hope your place is available the next time I pass through!

Route 66 Air Bnb is the cutest place nestled in the woods outside of Joplin and very close within 7 miles to popular eating establishments, gas and everything you need. His directions to find this place were precise and very helpful Sandy and Scott have gone over and beyond to make this place unique, quaint, comfortable and a very pleasant stay. Hospitality is in every room of this house. Orange juice, and water in the refrigerator, and fresh muffins, huge ones greeted us upon entry, plenty of blankets for a bigger crowd than we had. Very reasonably priced. Most importantly, Scott was there with reassurance that he was watching the weather for us in case of a storm and where we could go close by if we needed shelter. We felt very well taken care of . Sandy’s decorating and following the theme of route 66 is everywhere including the building, wall decorations, and even books about the area. This place is a real treasure.

We had such a great time! Kristen and Daniel are great people and were super accommodating! We’ll definitely be back!!

The place is a great place to stay. it is nice and quiet out in the country, yet close enough to town for shopping and eating out. Jennifer is a great host and responds very quickly to any concern you may have. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here every chance I get when in the area.

Our stay was exceptional! From the communication, to the nice neighborhood, to the most comfortable beds and more. The location was close enough to everything. Response time was immediate and friendly. Very happy with our stay. If we come back to this area we will definitely book again!

Very cozy cabin, the crew loved it.

Had a great weekend getaway with my boyfriend here. We loved looking out the giant windows and watching birds including a bald eagle. Was fun to walk around and was super quiet.

We stayed here one night as a break on our travels. Everything was super comfortable and relaxing and we were refreshed and ready to continue on our travels in the morning.

This cabin was the perfect place for our annual family vacation! The location is beyond beautiful and the kids loved being able to walk down to the water. The cabin was thoughtfully furnished and the outdoor areas were well done with comfy chairs and lots of places to hang out. Between the hot tub and the game room with the heated recliners, even our angsty teens had fun!

The cabin was just as seen on photos. And there was many cookware that we needed as well as seasoning and sauces. Outside the fire pit was great and had enough wood for us to enjoy campfires. My husband went and fished every day. He was successful at catching a fish. Beautiful and peaceful view.

The pictures don’t do justice! This little place is absolutely perfect. Shay was extremely responsive and patient with me and my requests. I was here for only a short time, but if I am in the area again, this will be my first attempt for a place to stay! Loved everything about it!!

Peaceful retreat. The indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for a lake weekend - we enjoyed the quiet views from the back deck and the ease of use of the boat ramp and dock. Added bonus special space for our dog!
