Self check-in! Traffic noise free! This cozy guest loft was created in January of 2022. We sit in the central edge of Marion, about 8 min from IWU, 5 min from down town, and 7 min from I-69. With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door! Such a cute studio and I love staying in an old mansion. Very homey and nicely decorated. I'm a light sleeper so I found it really hard to drown out the street noise. Turning on the fan in the room helped. I've stayed in the larger unit in that house and found it quieter on the other side (away from 8th street). Michelle was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Rachel’s home was so great- had everything my dog and I needed for a short trip. Lots of sidewalks and open areas/ parks to run through. She did a beautiful job decorating and updating her home and it was very comfortable staying here. If ever I had the chance to be in Marion again, I would definitely stay here! Thank you!!

I'm going through a divorce and Jeff was very understanding being he went through one not long ago. Jeff was understanding of my late arrival and also understanding of me not wanting to socialize much. I just like to deal with my life my way if that makes sense!? Jeff has the sweetest little cat that always wanted to come and inspect my room lol!! I'm an animal lover so of course I didn't mind!! Gotta be careful leaving sometimes though cause she's pretty fast and sneaky! She can easily get past you if you're not paying attention!! She's a really cool cat though!! I was parking on the street and l wanted to ride my Harley a couple days. Parked my bike where l usually parked my car and when it started getting dark Jeff said "that's a really nice bike! You can park it in my garage if you want?" I definitely slept better that night knowing my bike which since l don't have kids is my baby!! Thank you so much for that kind gesture Jeff! I don't think you can go wrong staying with Jeff!

The Plum House, a charming bed and breakfast

The Plum House Bed & Breakfast in Elwood was a lovely one-night stop on our trip through Indiana. The B&B offered us a few hours of peace and quiet after a long day of driving. The house was beautifully decorated, from the wrap-around porch to the three individual rooms, bathrooms, and kitchenette upstairs. We stayed in the Paris Room which featured a very comfortable bed and a private, attached bath. The French theme was evident throughout the room even down to the key chain with an Eiffel Tower charm. Jayne was a delightful host and managed to accommodate our needs in the midst of her own hectic schedule leading up to a family wedding. Jayne prepared a delicious full breakfast for us which she brought upstairs and served in the kitchenette. Please be aware that guests must be able to climb stairs since all of the rooms are located on the second floor of this historic home. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting in the area.
