Close to National and State Parks, Skiing, Hiking, Watauga Lake, Boone and Blowing Rock, NC; Damascus and Abingdon, VA . We are centrally located to major attractions but be careful if sightseeing, adventure, or family fun is on your agenda. Once you are here, you might not want to leave. This 3000 sq ft home is fully furnished. one floor, with a 1500 sq ft game and banquet room. The area is quiet and a small town . The large flat yard offers a serene place to relax and play. Surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains and the Cherokee National Forest, privacy is certain! The home is less than 30 minutes from 4 major cities and several tourist attractions. I live in a small apartment seperate from the original entire home. I enjoy my privacy, so you won't see me unless needed.
