Absolutely fantastic stay with a great host!

Lovely upside-down barn conversion (spacious living /dining/kitchen area upstairs), very characterful with the exposed roof beams and stone floors downstairs. Beautiful rural setting opposite the church and fields, and near a working dairy farm. We really loved our stay! Host was fixed any little issues quickly, and our family of 4 had a chilled out time when not exploring the Lakes.

Another return visit and it’s like coming home. It’s the little things that make this cottage one we want to keep coming back to - like home made jams, a very generous welcome basket, and fresh flowers. Such a great place to stay to explore the Northern Lakes. I’m sure we’ll be back. Thanks Jon.

me and a friend stayed here for the mighty hike and honestly I couldn't have picked a better place to stay, it has everything you need, a beautiful location and the host is so friendly, I would happily recommend in fact I'm planning on going back with my wife
