In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. High quality renovated (100 square meter) stunning house 15 meters from the sandy beach of Kuorinka. The house is peacefully located about one kilometer from the public road. The beach is shallow and sandy, water is extremely clear. The house has two spacious bedrooms, a livingroom-kitchen, a large utility room, shower, sauna and separate WC. Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linens can be arranged from the accommodation.

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage completed in 2015 by a small river. In the ring of a raft, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue, or outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small dirt road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about. 30min drive, Höytiäinen Beach is just over 2km away. Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. Guests have access to a spacious room with its own entrance. There is also a private toilet and shower room, as well as a washing machine. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and water kettle. Cutlery and dishes. Pets are welcome, a fee of 10€ will be charged.
