This place was OUTSTANDING 10/10 experience. Would insist on telling anyone I know who visits Costa Rica to stay here. Wonderful having the restaurant just a few steps from our door, and the surroundings were incredible- lots of wildlife sightings just on the property as well as tons of fresh fruit growing. Only down side is yes there are some bugs because you are in the jungle, but if you can get past that, it’s the perfect place to stay.

Nos encantó el lugar en general. La privacidad, la paz, el silencio. Todo en la cabaña era como en las publicaciones, además Elizabeth fue demasiado amable y servicial. Simplemente maravilloso.

Es un lugar para despejarse, su piscina es deliciosa. Tanto en la finca y a sus alrededores, se ven unos paisajes hermosos, sonidos naturales y puedes caminar disfrutando las montañas y un rico río… rotundamente lo recomiendo, su estilo propio y sostenible con la naturaleza, pero sobre todo lo que más me gustó fue como mis mascotas se divirtieron y cansaron de correr y curiosear.

We LOVED staying there. It had awesome views, Fabiola was very responsive, the fireplace was a highlight and the kitchen was well equiped. We explored during the day then came home to a fire, cooked dinner and played games in front of the fire. Will definitely go back!!!

We were absolutely treated like royalty while at Cesar’s property. He has a completely bilingual team that acts as your personal concierge and travel consultants while you’re there. We were set up with our own personal taxi service and we even had available to us meal preparation and a chef.

If you wanna experience some time in a beautiful little cabin in the middle of farm country on the side of a beautiful volcano, this is a place for you. The surroundings are spectacular. The cabin has everything you need and more. We loved it and we will be back.

Endroit sublime, neuf et très propre. La qualité des installations était impeccable. Nous avons fait un bbq sur feu de bois au coucher du soleil et visiter la plantation de café. J'y retournerais sans hésitation.

Muy amable Tito, el lugar muy bonito, la pasamos bien con nuestros dos perritos que disfrutaron correr por la finca y conocer a otros animales (ovejas, ganzos, patos, gallinas). Nos gustó que el baño estaba impecable, la cabaña muy ordenada, creímos que nos iba a dar frío pero a pesar de que llovió en la noche la temperatura estaba perfecta para quedarse entre las cobijas. Intentamos salir a ver el atardecer pero la neblina era mucha, igual nos gustó mucho el silencio. Con las escaleras hay que tener cuidado porque se ponen resbalosas, y hay ducha con agua caliente arriba, no nos hizo falta nada.

When you're looking for a place to relax, this is the spot! Enjoy on-property hikes through forests and waterfalls with amazing views over the central valley. We loved the rustic atmosphere of the wooden cabins, beautifully combined with modern furniture. The great porch is perfect for sitting outside, enjoying breakfast with the views, and at night, watching the lights of San José. It's simply the perfect mix of both rustic charm and modern comfort, ideal for a weekend getaway with the family. Our kids (9 and 11) had a blast exploring the adventurous surroundings, always finding something new to discover, like making a fire outside. 5 stars from us! Thanks, Silvia, for the great stay.

Teniamos una boda familiar muy cerca de esta casa. La casa resulto perfecta para alistarnos, con amplios espacios. El tiempo de respuesta ante algunas preguntas fue inmediato y el host muy amable.

El lugar es perfecto para desconectar y relajarse. Mucha naturaleza, muchas aves y tucanes que siempre nos visitaban cada mañana. Está bastante cerca del monumento guayabo, el cual tuvimos la dicha de visitar. Luis nos ayudó mucho con recomendaciones locales y con lugares donde poder comprar suplementos y demás. En general fue una muy bonita experiencia que de seguro vamos a repetir!

Preciosa cabañita metida entre arboles, no lejos de la ciudad, pero completa para un fin de semana un poco desconectados, muy privada, con jueguitos para pasar el rato en familia, una hoguera para el frío de la noche, lleven abrigos porque si se pone frío y sus pantuflas porque anque el piso es de madera, en la noche se pone muy frío. Esta tan bien cuidada que hasta los senderitos alrededor estan muy bien delimitados... Nos encantó y esperamos volver...
