Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. The modern house is located directly on the lakeshore "Niskie Brodno" with lake access via its own jetty, at the same time the property is located in the city of Brodnica with all the advantages of a city. A rowboat, kayak, stand-up paddle and bicycles are available for guests. The house is divided into two parts. One living area is rented, the other half of the house is private and is only used by me for vacation purposes. The public beach can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot.
