We had a lovely peaceful two night break, only thing we would ask for is a table and chairs outside as it was such lovely weather on the evenings. We would defiantly stay again it was perfect for us and our dog Betty😁

Wow! What an amazing place! A perfect size for 2 people. Very comfortable with top quality furnishings and equipment. Smart TV and good WiFi. The welcome basket was very welcome. Very peaceful. Thank you!

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale.
