In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Der perfekte Ort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln, einen kleinen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Wir bitten um eine Kaution von 200€ - diese gibt es bei Übergabe direkt zurück.

Unser Haus aus den 1920-er Jahren befindet sich umgeben von 5 Seen mit bester Anbindung an die Bahn zwischen Magdeburg und Berlin. Auf 110 m² in der 1. Etage ist Platz für 8 Personen mit Wohnzimmer, drei Schlafräumen, Küche, Bad mit Wanne, Du., WC und Waschbecken. Vor dem Haus verläuft der Havel-Radweg. In ca. 3 km befinden sich Supermärkte, Ärzte, Apotheke, Sauna und Bäcker. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Haus. 200 m zum See.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Pure relaxation on the Havel

Hello, In the car you have the possibility to retreat in bad weather. Otherwise, this is clearly a place where you are outside a lot. The river, the Havel is about 15 m from the car and invites you to swim and do all other water sports. In the car there is a separate toilet. Outside there is a large solar shower (Attention: No sun = no warm water) The car is 5 m away from our cattle paddocks, which can be observed wonderfully while grazing.

Country estate idyll - Romantic 2R-WHG, Alter Gutshof

No matter how much time you want to spend with us at the old estate, we warmly welcome you. Just the thing if you're looking for some distance and peace. Away from the hustle and bustle, you will find your private realm in a quiet environment. You can work or relax in peace, walk, bike, meditate. A lake is 10 minutes away. The center of Magdeburg can be reached in about 20-25 minutes. The nearest shops are in Gommern (4 kilometers).

Beach house Wuwi

The guest rooms and the large roof terrace offer a wonderful view over Lake Wusterwitzer. Located right on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to take walks, bike rides, fishing, swimming, and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles available. The accommodation has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/wa/du, lütte guest kitchen and washing machine. Smoking is not allowed in the house and pets are NOT allowed.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.
