Waterfront vacation rentals in Jelsa

We absolutely loved our stay. Thoroughly recommend it for a peaceful location that is walkable to Hvar Old Town and Poknoji beach, both about 15/20mins away in opposite directions. We fell in love with Hvar and found a gem of a sun area at Beach Bay with sun beds for €20 each and spent a very relaxing day there with intermittent church bells. The area gets HOT so we were grateful for the aircon in our rooms and the welcome sea breeze. You can see the sea directly from the apartment, the sunsets are lovely and there are little inlets with ladders to get into the azure sea, we did this a couple of times for a morning dip. In Hvar Old Town we recommend eating at Fig, climbing to the Roman Fortress and catching a bite with the many shaded restaurants which is bliss and really comes to life in the evening. What a great stay and friendly hosts, we would love to come back! X

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Jasmina's apartment is a great option for those who want a quieter place, away from the hustle and bustle of Hvar. We were by car so it was excellent for us to get around the island. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. We like it very much. When we return to the island of Hvar, we will definitely stay in Jasmina's apartment.

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

Tatjana is as a wonderful host and the apartment has a stunning view of the harbour and Pakleni Islands. You could literally spend your whole day gazing at the view. The location is abit away from the centre as others have mentioned however the view and being away from the throngs of the tourists outweighed the walk into town, which if you take the seaside walkway is a quite beautiful 25 min walk.. Highly recommended.

After having stayed at Dinka's other apartment downstairs in the same building on other occasions , this time I tried the apartment on the first floor, which turned out to be as cozy and well-equipped, and with the same amazing views. Given the storms we had during the first week of my stay, this place turned out to be the best possible choice as the balcony allowed me to be outdoors but sheltered from the rain. Dinka is a fantastic host and always makes me feel welcome and at home!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

What a great way to get away from the crowds and experience an old village. You wouldn't believe there are a few inhabited houses when you view the village from below. The house was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean but not the lagoons. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and unwinding for 2 days.

We spend three days here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Beautiful little area.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Wow, what a beautiful home in a beautiful location. From arriving until we left Dubravka was always to hand and super friendly. She recommended many restaurants and places to visit in the area. We will definitely come back. And thank you for the lovely cake on arrival ❤️

A beautiful place in an incredible location on the island of Vis. We really enjoyed our time watching sunsets over the water on the balcony, swimming on the beach below, and paddling using the Kayaks that Boris provides. Boris is an incredibly helpful host and very responsive to any questions you have about the island or activities.

This place was really nice in the heart of the town. Beautiful house with a lovely courtyard that was very comfortable and clean. What made this place extra special was the host. She was gracious kind and offered local guidance and recommendations and treated us like a guest in her home. I definitely recommend staying here. She even saved me hours on my return trip. I recommending a different fairy in route. She went out of her way to save us money by recommending free parking places and I can go on and on. Amazing human.

I had a lovely stay at this appartment. Antonella is a very sweet person and a great host and made my stay very comfortable. The location is amazing, just minutes from Riva and Marjan Hill. Would come again :)

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Both the location and the suite exceeded our expectations. Apartment modernly furnished and super clean. It has all or even more amenities than you expect for a Robinson vacation. The private beach and the location of the apartment offers privacy and tranquility so you can rest. The road is really worse but it has to be, otherwise the location would be too visited and with a lot of tourists to lose its charm. Malden and Momir are extremely friendly and always come to help if you need anything as well as with tips. We had a crazy nice time and it was a shame that everything went by so quickly😄.

Antonia propose à very nice apartment, very spacious with all you need within. It is located in a secluded little village, with access to nice beaches. Antonia welcomes you in person , which is very rare nowadays in Airbnb rentals, and gives you useful information and also she is there too when you leave. Antonia is a great host, we’ve loved staying at her apartment. We definitely recommend it.

Perfect accommodation if you want peace of mind. Everything was available at the property, the sea is nearby. There is also a private dive into the sea in front of the accommodation. Terribly quiet place Milna and the bigger cities are very quickly accessible by car. Perfect choice, I can only recommend it.
