Waterfront vacation rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood, there is a beatiful park in front of the balcony. Balcony is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sonunda of the birde singing. The house is the same as it is on the photos. It is clean and has everything we need to have in a house. We recommend it to others looking for a clean and cozy house in Split.

Dino is a very active and attentive host. It is clearly very important to him that each guest has a wonderful stay in his units. We had a great time and he had a great binder of local recommendations. The apartment is in a wonderful location in Split, making it easy to navigate around the city.

Absolutely amazing stay!! Definitely recommend this place if you are traveling to Split! Unbeatable location, with everything within walking distance: the sites, restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. it also has the best coffee shop just right downstairs. The apartment itself is super clean, cute, and comfortable. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Antonija was a fabulous host! She was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. She goes above and beyond for her guests and thinks of even the little things such as providing a bottle of water and a couple other beverages. She provides robes and little chocolates like you would find at a hotel. Small details that are much appreciated! We also asked for some extra towels to bring on a boat tour we had scheduled, and she dropped them off almost right away! Great place, great host with great recommendations. :)

We had a spectacular time in Split and Zarko’s home was a perfect pace for our family of 6. We loved that it was in the city and very close to everything. Zarko made several recommendations that were excellent. I would stay here again the next time we are in Split. Things to note for those booking: this is on the 4th floor so there are stairs. We had no issues at all but I am not sure that is so clear in the listing and may not be preferred for some travelers. Split is a much better location to stay in the city comparable to Dubrovnik. The old town in Dubrovnik would be nice for one night. Here in split you can live in the city. It is a beautiful place.

Kate’s place is in a great location, very close to the Old Town, but also far enough away from all the noise. There is a market in the same building, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay, and were very comfortable.

Jelena's apartment was perfect, very beautifully appointed and very well equipped. We were met by our host and her very helpful son on arrival and was given help carrying our lugguge upto the apartment. The apartment was centrally located for all attractions around Split and also nearby beaches, which can be a accessed by a short walk through the park just across the road from the apartment. Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Wow, what a beautiful home in a beautiful location. From arriving until we left Dubravka was always to hand and super friendly. She recommended many restaurants and places to visit in the area. We will definitely come back. And thank you for the lovely cake on arrival ❤️

So happy with our stay here in Hvar. What a find! The location is unbeatable, just down a few steps and you are right there on main harbor. So easy to walk from the ferry. But just far enough back to be very quiet and private. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We LOVED the balcony and the upper-level kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice decor, furniture, and appliances - just as in the pictures. The host was so kind and helpful. Coffee shop just outside. Restaurants all around. The location really is incredible - we will 100% stay here if we are back in Hvar.

In the beautiful village of Komiza on the island of Vis....this apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and wonderful views..totally recommended for a dream stay

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

It was the 1st time in the area, well suited for a couple with a small dog. Everything was as described, beach and restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The apartment had everything you need, great covered terrace, parking was possible right in front of the apartment. Luka was always available and asked if everything was okay. Very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! Thanks Toni and Helena for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment and helping to make our Split holiday so perfect. We will definitely come back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.
