This is a great stay with a very kind host family! Jordan gave us recommendations on walking trails that were close. The keypad entry was easy to use and it is a short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and felt super safe. Their property was peaceful and quiet, even with the wildlife and children around! Roscoe welcomed me every time we came and went and that made me happy as well!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. I was working remotely part of the time, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. My kids loved having room to spread out and access to smart TVs in multiple rooms. The location was perfect—super close to their school and everything we needed in Littleton and Lakewood. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the professional touches like plenty of towels and stocked bath products. I’d definitely stay here again—great experience!

We had a great family vacation at this house. It was so nice and cozy, and a welcoming place to return to at night after a day of sightseeing. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen and bath, tons of towels and even shampoo and conditioner. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. We didn’t sit outside much because it was too hot but the yard was great and was contained for our 2 year old. Great gathering space in the open concept downstairs for all of us to sit and talk, play charades or watch tv. The baby enjoyed the puzzles! We had one minor issue during the week that Mark and Jenni were very responsive to but otherwise no issues and we loved the house. Hated to leave! Was really a perfect spot and very close to everything and was very clean. Mountain views out the back of the house from upstairs! Thanks for a great week for our family and hope to see you again.

This was our second stay at Pike’s Perch. The home’s design creates an efficient use of space and is decorated thoughtfully. We love that you feel so far removed from the city but are a short (and fun) drive away from everything. The hosts are very responsive and seem genuinely happy to answer questions. Having an EV charger available at the property is an added bonus.

This is an AMAZING AirBnB - and the host is great and responsive. The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet it is only a few minutes to 285 and to Evergreen. Very quiet in a beautiful setting. The two acre yard is fully fenced and is great for dogs. The outdoor patio is really nice. The house is fully outfitted with everything you need (coffee, tea, baking goods/spices, fully kitted kitchen, laundry, etc.) and is spotless. Also, the home is very large and spacious and each bedroom is private and large. Furniture and decor is perfect. Living room is very big and comfortable. Primary bedroom is very large! I stayed here and commuted into downtown Denver (52 min at 830am). I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Amazing! Alice’s place was beautiful, clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. The king bed was so comfy! She even supplied snacks and drinks. The washer and dryer were appreciated after a long road trip. Our dog was right at home too with the supplied dog bed and bowls. Book a stay. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay here. The house was unique with its decor and it made the home feel cozy and comfortable to where we really felt at home. There were so many amenities and the backyard was like your own little oasis. Also, the floors were so clean and it was very much appreciated because of the little ones crawling and rolling around on the floor. All the hard work put into this home was noticed and admired. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Golden! We went to a concert at Red Rocks and this spot is a short drive from the venue. Super clean space that has cool local decor. Nice kitchen with fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine :) Have a designated parking space in the garage was a nice perk. Owners communicated well and were really friendly. Love this spot and would definitely recommend to a friend! We will use again when in the area.

Location location location! We stayed with our 3 month old daughter and we were easily able to walk everywhere right from the front door! I went and got fresh coffee from local cafes every morning. The studio we booked looked exactly like the photos and was perfect for our little family. Ben, the host is extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of. Perks the unit has AC as well as it was over 100 degrees when we stayed. Great spot would stay again.

This spot was so perfect - walking distance to both Sloane lake and Edgewater Market. Very comfortable and private!

Beautiful and spacious place, perfect for extended stays. Fast and reliable internet that allowed us to work remotely. gorgeous, peaceful surroundings while just a short drive to the nearest town, and Denver. I strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

Great location in Golden. Easy access to downtown and Clear Creek trail. The place was as described and Sara was very quick to respond. The elevator wasn’t working ( and it was 2:30 AM when we arrived due to delays), so we did not even try to contact , just trudged up the steps. The hand soap was almost empty and I asked for both containers to be filled and my request was promptly taken care of. Very attentive hosts! Thanks for hosting us!

Great place to explore Denver for the first time. Olivia was responsive and quick to address any necessities we had. Quiet area. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a concert at Red Rocks, it’s so close. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. After a day of hiking my kids zoned out on the big t.v. Beds were comfortable, everything was nice and clean. I would definitely return and appreciate the nice space and thoughtful touches.

Great place to stay. Exactly as describe with a host that was always responsive to us. The best we have had to-date. She thought of everything to make sure guests were comfortable and felt at home. We highly recommend and would 💯 stay here again.

When I return to Golden in the future, I will definitely try to stay at Betsy‘s place again. It is in an ideal location, walking distance to several restaurants, nightlife, and Coors brewery. It’s also a short drive to Fossil Trace golf course and Red Rock Amphitheater. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. I felt very fortunate to find such wonderful accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jack was very responsive and he provided suggestions on things to do around the area, which is perfect because it’s close to downtown! The place was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.
