My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great stay overall for my brother and I during our trip to Golden. Kelly provided great instructions on how to get into the unit and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

When I return to Golden in the future, I will definitely try to stay at Betsy‘s place again. It is in an ideal location, walking distance to several restaurants, nightlife, and Coors brewery. It’s also a short drive to Fossil Trace golf course and Red Rock Amphitheater. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. I felt very fortunate to find such wonderful accommodations!

Very clean, very responsive host

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

What a beautiful stay for our weekend getaway in Denver. It was my family’s first time visiting a Colorado and they absolutely loved it. Having a comfy home ,made it so much better. Would def recommend staying at this location

great place to stay especially if you aren't spending tons of time at the home. (This is due to space alone). Location puts you close enough to Denver and arvada. Overall would recommend.

Was perfect for our needs. I always forget at least one thing, and this time it was a hair dryer. Was pleasantly surprised to find one hanging in the bathroom. Very friendly host. Would stay again.

If you’re considering renting Deanna’s treehouse for a stay in Colorado, I ABSOLUTELY recommend you book with her. She was a wonderful host and was very kind. My mom and i stayed here while visiting Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks! The venue was a short drive away from the airbnb which was a huge plus! Deanna’s beautiful treehouse is perfect for a concert getaway in Colorado. I hope to book with Deanna again for future vacations in Colorado ! :)

Awesome all around, would recommend her airbnb to future guest. location was on point everything was 10 minutes away. Some walkable distance. Quiet and private.

Kristin was an excellent host! The location is perfect. Everything was in great condition and exactly as described. There are plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance, but also everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. There are alot of special extra touches that maybe it even more special. She was very responsive prior to our arrival. I am certain had we needed her throughout our stay; she would have been equally responsive. Parking was also very easy!

Such a great spot! Robert and Hope Samantha’s apartment is a gem, and it’s in a prime location with a ton of retail (including a King Soopers!) and restaurants within walking distance. They have done such a great job with thinking of everything you need, and the kitchen is really well stocked if you want to stay in and cook. There are so many thoughtful upgrades throughout the apartment, and they are absolutely lovely and communicative. 10/10 would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location and comfortable and stylish 2bed/2bath unit for our stay and family activities. Peaceful and well maintained neighborhood. Great access to NW side of Denver in Westminster/Arvada locale. James was a very personable and outstanding host.

Daniel’s place was perfect, clean. Plenty of room for us. It had everything we needed. It is a good area that was close to Red Rocks and close to downtown.

This was my second stay, thank you for hosting me again! Everything was exactly as described, and the host was very communicative. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town for work.

Matt’s place was the perfect landing pad if you’re looking to go to a show at red rocks and explore other parts of Colorado. Matthew was proactive with check in and parking instructions. Home was clean, and had everything you could need for a trips.
