Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

Came for a short stay on a solo trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to all the places I wanted to see, nice quiet neighborhood to come back to at the end of the day. Joey was a really cool guy and gave me some local recommendations and directions. Would definitely come back!

Great stay, caution if your arriving at night. There is a bright porch light that will not allow view of house number. Everything else was very nice and tidy.

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

Perfect place to stay. Especially if you're going to Red Rocks for a concert. 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

We had a wonderful time at Beth and Donovan’s. They were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a clean, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. We only had a few days to spend in Colorado and we felt like this was a great base to be able to visit all of the places we wanted to see. I would definitely book with them again!

Looking for a peaceful little hideaway in the bustling city of Denver? The tricling sound of a stream, beautiful and whimsical garden awaits you upon arrival. The suite was cozy, and though it is in a basement, it felt warm and light. It was a lovely reprieve from a long jog on the road with our two kids. Beds were comfy and the kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. Rosemary provided us with juice, milk, coffee and yogurts - most welcome upon wake up. The host, Rosemary was so lovely and welcoming. Her friendly and kind demeanor made us feel right at home. She provided us with some garage space for our bikes and accommodated a late check out. Her home is filled with art, whimsy, a gardeners paradise. A refuge for weary travellers. We are so grateful for your hospitality, Rosemary!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and easy to find. The hot tub was a real treat—clean and perfectly maintained. Instructions for check-in and amenities were clear and simple to follow, which made the experience seamless. The garden is absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful vibe to the whole stay. This is THE place for a concert at Red Rocks, local hikes, downtown Morrison and Golden and anything else you could possibly need. It's quaint and had everything we needed to make our quick trip out west a great one!

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, clean and spacious! Ethan's place was a delight to stay at for our family of 5 :) Ethan is a host who cares about the comfort of his guests - he is proactive and so sweet. We will be staying here when we visit Colorado!

Great stay! Easy check in and out. Great space, showers, and bed/bedding. We made French press coffee two mornings and it was fantastic. Great location to great spots in Old Town Arveda. Recommend.

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). Great location! Right in between Denver and the Red Rocks area. Lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby. Aracely was super quick to respond and gave fantastic recommendations for dining. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Paula’s place was great! A very quick walk to Green Mountain trails and close to restaurants and everything we needed! The dogs loved having a fenced in backyard to use as well! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Elizabeth's place. Spacious, and immaculately clean; large and very well-stocked kitchen. It's a great location for whatever you plan to do in the Denver area - downtown, Golden, Red Rocks. Our hosts were very communicative, and had great tips and recommendations.

Our stay at Lakewood was beautiful and quiet which was perfect for us four adults. We went to the amphitheater and had an unbelievable experience but it was nice being able to come back to some quiet. Thank you to the family that hosted us!
