It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This cosy apartment in our family home has a separate entrance and garden terrace. Located just steps away from the charming medieval hilltop village of Gračišće, the apartment has lovely views of the countryside and rolling hills. A shaded parking spot is available free of charge in front of the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The interior of the apartment is pleasant, but if necessary, air conditioning is available with agreement and permission from the host.

Beautiful tiny townhouse, located in the old town of Pićna. It is adapted for guests who want to stay longer, but also to guests who have traveled to explore Istria. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a lounge area with a TV, and an open fireplace. Upstairs, a steep staircase climbs a hallway that divides two bedrooms. There is a french bed with closets and other equipment as well as a room with two separate single beds.

The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.
