Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is surrounded by greenery. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.

Light-filled oceanfront country house with a fireplace

In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

Our historic property consists of a 120 year old schoolhouse and a 100 year old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like plot. In the old school house, the holiday home Alte Schule extends over 2 floors with a living area of about 140 sqm.
