Townhome vacation rentals in Jaco

The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

highly recommended. The house has a private pool and everything you need to feel at home. A very safe private condominium. It has separate bathrooms and air conditioning throughout the house. I would definitely come back. The host arrives and explains everything very clearly.

Loved my stay at Danny's. Place was exactly as listed. 5 minute walk to the beach and the bed was comfortable. Loved the organic hand and body wash soap that he provided too, as the quality if it could be felt. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was great. The condo is located in the middle of town and walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The neighbors were quiet. My grandson loved the smaller pool. He could play for hours in the shallow water. I would return to visit again.

This has been my third time staying at Joe’s apartment, and it’s beautiful. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Jaco.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioner in the Master bedroom of unit#2 was in need of some servicing. (We STILL booked 2 additional nights) It is VERY loud compared to the other 3 flawlessly functioning bedroom/living room units. Thanks Dan!!

Excellent accommodation, everything is the same as in the photographs, the house was clean and nice, has ample spaces and the shared area is amazing to have a good time, a little far from the beach but if you take your own transport no problem, it is very satisfied👏🏼☀️

We had the best time at Matthews place. Clean, comfortable, great location, safe… all the things you’d want to have for your stay in Herradura.

Very easy to get a hold of! Loved the backyard with pool and shade areas! Easy access to anywhere!

I like privacy, if I want to go out I will, but if I want to stay in then I wan privacy. This is what I got at this property. Very quiet area, some wildlife flies/wonders around the property, iguanas, hummingbirds, butterflies, red macaws, etc. The house is roomy, a few details that I have feedback, but not even worth mentioning because they were super minor. Our stay couldn’t be better, very close to the beach, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. My little girls were very sad we had to leave.

A wonderful home base for our family of 4 during our time in Jaco. Lesley & Lee were fantastic greeters and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the property and surrounding area with everything from favourite beaches to restaurants etc. Along with being super clean the house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, appliances, and everything you would need to cook your own feast if you chose not to eat out. Perfect for any short or longer term stay. I highly recommend the property for your stay in Jaco!
