Marks place is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Jaco has to offer. Super clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and really friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and for the price it is an excellent stay. It is located in a resort so you are able to enjoy all the amenities and the staff was extremely friendly. One thing to note is that besides the restaurants in the resort, the closest restaurants are about a mile away.

The view and location are outstanding, as is the pool and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well organized and clean. When we arrived, the AC in the master bedroom wasn’t working — but the property manager sent maintenance out immediately and it was running well within an hour and a half. The condo is lovely and spacious, and the view, location, and pool could not be better. The furnishings and cabinetry have seen some rental wear over the years, but everyting was clean - and the overall property is beautifully maintained.

Great stay at the condo, exactly as described and the host was very responsive and flexible when it came to an earlier check in and stowing our bags for a few hours after checkout. I'd come back and stay here again if I visited the area again

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

Excellent communication from host before & during stay. Very friendly, helpful & bilingual staff. This unit was extremely private & quiet, great outdoor space. Comfortable furniture, modern & well functioning appliances. Cleaning staff were excellent and unobtrusive. Easy walking to restaurants, markets, beach. Host arranged bilingual and convenient transport to & from SJO (cash only) - safe, friendly drivers. I had one minor maintenance issue over the entire month, and within 5 minutes of my call, staff were at the door. Issue was resolved quickly & professionally. Cost of living was high (living, groceries) so be prepared. For example, one person in the condo with split AC, so cooling one room ( part day living room, overnight 1 bedroom) was $184 USD, way more than Canada or US, so factor that into your expenses. Overall, host & property were excellent, great experience.

Our stay at Lauren’s place in Jacó was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful part of town — just far enough from the main strip to feel relaxing, but still close enough to everything you might need. It had every amenity we could have asked for. You can tell Lauren has truly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Lauren was incredibly easy to communicate From start to finish, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jacó — you won’t be disappointed! ⸻

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Ron’s place is perfect, on top of great property overall, his condo sits on one the best spots to be in the property.

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

Beautiful place to stay, great location, host was friendly and responsive. Would come back again!

Beautiful condo, we felt like royalty! Serene, up high from the hustle and bustle of Jaco, but easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants.

Pleasant, peaceful accommodations that had everything I needed. The condo Looked exactly liked the pictures and appreciated the guarded, gated community. Very Responsive, generous host that gave local recommendations that was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I miss Costa Rica already! Pura Vida!

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

This place is new and very nice. It is just as described. The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. It is right on the main drag and walking to restaurants and shops is very easy. Also, there are always security on site who are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!
