Vacation rentals with a patio in J Percy Priest Reservoir

Stayed here for CMA Fest 2025! 10/10 location. Very close to Broadway and not a bad walk to Nissan! Definitely would stay here again! My only complaint is the shower is not great. I am a shower snob and the water pressure was not very good. Bedroom bed was very comfortable as well as the roll away bed. Pull out couch bed was like any other pull out couch but slept great after a night on Broadway! It also came with a blow up mattress! All in all great place and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a close cool place for a weekend on Broadway!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group of five. The layout made it easy to hang out together or relax separately. The host was responsive and everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and well-located. It has easy access to all the classic Nashville spots and, of course, to enjoy the city’s amazing music scene. Highly recommended! Lindsay is a great host—very responsive and helpful. One tip for future guests: make sure you take the time and have mobile data available to download the Latch app, which is used to access the apartment, elevators, and other building areas.

Great place for 6 women on Bachelorette trip. Clean apartment. Basic amenities included. Walkable to Broadway. We enjoyed the pool. Convenient on-site parking. Responsive to hiccup with early checkin. Would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Great little place for our group of 4. Beds we’re comfy and the location was great for downtown and the stadium.

This is a delightful breath of fresh air very clean very charming and perfect place for our stay. The host made sure we were taken care of, and even helped us with our check in problems due to our time delay. I cant say nicer things about this home the backyard was perect for our dogs it is a very pet friendly place.

Spacious, comfortable and located within a couple miles of every store you could need. I was in town for work with five others and we all had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Quaint, clean and well-appointed. It was nice to have snacks and several coffee options provided upon arrival. The kitchen and its supplies were in excellent condition - which you don’t often find. The town is quaint with several good local coffee shops and restaurants. There was also a wonderful park within a short driving distance. We enjoyed our stay very much! Louis is a great host.

We loved this cute, little, cozy place! It was perfect for 4 of us girls! The bathroom is well stocked with numerous shampoos, conditioners and body washes. The air fryer/toaster was an awesome addition for us, so we could save some money on breakfasts and some smaller lunches. Pretty quick to downtown/broadway as well. Jeanette and Jana were very friendly and quick to respond and very willing to help us right away with a quick little fix we needed. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

We visited Chris’ place for my dogs last day before she had to be put to sleep. The yard was spacious and clean, we had so much fun playing and sitting in the fenced in yard. The home was charming and so beautifully decorated. Very thoughtful provisions within the home, including doggy bowls and card games. We didn’t want for anything and had a peaceful and meaningful stay. If you get a chance to visit this lovely home, keep an eye out for the local cats! They keep treats for them and they are very friendly and will come say hello.

They were so pleasant and my family felt right at home ! This place is perfect for littles , my One year old daughter was able to safely able to crawl around and the stuff animals in the other bedroom she absolutely adored , such a nice touch . Thank you for everything

Mimi was great! We felt right at home in her place, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great, backyard was nice. Very up to date appliances. Only thing is the remote and viewing selections for live tv and channels were a little confusing. Neighborhood was nice a little far from everything but it worked out. Only issue was on of the couches sat a little low for my mom and she had a hard time getting up when sitting down. Mimi was very responsive when I reached out or needed anything. Overall the stay was wonderful and we would stay again. She was a great host!

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with Airbnbs not living up to the photos, but this one completely blew me away. It’s by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. I’d come back in a heartbeat..1000% recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very new and modern. It was in a good place to easily walk downtown. We were a little concerned about the parking situation but found the street parking was very accessible throughout our stay. Melissa was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks so much for a great stay 😊

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at The Swiftie Shangri-La, she absolutely loved it! The space was phenomenal. The gulch area is a new up and coming area. It had some great restaurants close by and still had an older feel as well. Michelle was super responsive with any questions that we had. No Bad Reputation here, it was Enchanted and we will remember it Forever and Always.
