Spacious courtyard with parking. In the courtyard you can sunbathe, there are two sunbeds, and in the courtyard you can bake and cook in the covered summer pavilion designed for this purpose. The courtyard and the terrace are decorated with flowers. Two rooms have decor lighting. On the third floor there is a common TV room,which is flooded with fireplace warmth. There are two churches in the village, a 15th-century Reformed wooden church with 4 youth towers,and a Roman and Greek Catholic Makovec style modern church.

Our Carpathian house is an authentic log house, which is more than 100 years old, slightly redesigned according to the design project in the heart of the Ukrainian Carpathians. We managed to preserve its spirit and add the usual amenities. You won't see any electric poles here. You won't hear any discordant sounds. Clean spring water, Carpathian lawn with medicinal herbs, forest full of mushrooms and berries in season. Just you and nature...))

ECO - HOME

Two story cottage with its own Chan. The house can accommodate 5+1 seats, and is built exclusively with environmentally friendly materials, namely clay and straw. There is a terrace near the cottage, in the yard there is a grill, a swing, a hammock, a children's playground. Located in the village of Solochyn, 7.5 km from the center and the railway station in the town of Svalyava, 1.8 km from the sanatorium "Flower Polonyny", 600 m from the Svalyava — Perechyn road. Convenient driveway is a paved road.

Уникальность нашего коттедж в крытом подогреваемом бассейне и сауне... Представьте себе, проснувшись утором в сердце Восточных Карпат, вздохнуть полной грудью свежего воздуха окунуться в бассейн и отправится на неспешную прогулку по близлежащим горным вершинам. А вернувшись погрузиться в домашнюю атмосферу и отведать кулинарных шедевров.
