Spacious cabin with private beach

Spacious cabin with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 15 minutes by car from Evje. Fantastic place in the summer with its own shallow beach, rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. In winter, the ski runs start a few hundred meters away. No electricity or running water, but with a gas fridge, gas cooker and solar lamps. Outside toilet with direct entrance from the back of the cabin. OK 4g coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

Cut a Christmas tree in the forest for 24/12 -23

An old farm in the middle of the forest. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals and birds from the windows early in the morning or foxes, hares, moose or deer in the evening/night that come to drink in the pond. Cut down your own Christmas tree and decorate it if you rent at Christmas or take it home if you rent earlier in December. Berry or mushroom trips are recommended in season. Interesting area for amateur geologists with quarries "everywhere".

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and watch the fish jump. Fire up the grill, or the fire pit. Hit the wheels on the lawn or put a salt on the trampoline. Nice to hike in the area. Pick berries in the woods. Short distance to Mineralparken, go-kart track and 20 min to Evje city centre. (Note: The map does not match the address). Beach nearby, floating dock, diving board. Possible to borrow a boat upon agreement.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If the GPS leads you onto a dirt road with a beam, you will need to find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many trails. Rowboat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Bring your whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. You can swim in the river, fish for small fish, go hiking in beautiful surroundings, there are many hiking trails in the area. You do not need a fishing license. From house it is a 10 min drive to RV9, 17 min drive to Vennesla, about 40 min drive to Kristiansand Dyrepark, about 40 min to Trollaktiv in Evje ,and 33 min to Evje mineral park.
