Family-friendly vacation rentals in Isle of Palms

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was like a home away from home…our host John is the best host we’ve had yet!! Quick reply’s very friendly and helpful…the home was equipped with everything you need with the sweetest final Touches …the pool and hottub were soo relaxing …such a peaceful setting inside and out i would recommend this home over and over and any home hosted by John…thankyou for everything John!!

This place was amazing and perfect for our family!! It smelled amazing when we walked in the door and everything was super clean. We felt right at home. Rob was very responsive and helpful and easy to work with. The neighbors were very kind and welcoming of us!! Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent host! Perfect solution for a medical conference on Kiawah. Closer than anticipated, right down the road from Freshfields and Bohicket Marina. VERY quiet and peaceful.

The house was rented specifically for a golf weekend. It was very close proximity wise to both golf courses we played. Large pool was nice to have after a hot round of golf.

Absolutely the best house and location. Melissa was extremely helpful and responsive. The pool was amazing. We can't wait to come back here again! Will definitely book this place every time!

My daughter and I stayed here for a winter getaway and loved the condo and location - it was amazing to walk off the back porch right onto the beach! The condo was beautiful and in fantastic shape and exactly as described, and the resort was super quiet and peaceful in the off season. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive when we had a question and so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Isle of Palms!

Very nice house and neighborhood. Place was very clean and it was so nice to have everything you would need in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper, tin foil, some trash bags, and cooking utensils. Was even nice to have some beach chairs in the shed. The pool and backyard was amazing. We went the last week of March and unfortunately it was a little chillier week, so did not get to swim too much. It was a close walk to the beach, about an 8-10 minute walk. We did rent a golf cart but don’t think it was really needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very comfortable cabin, walking distance to shops, restaurants,convenience store. Nice view's with a great patio for people watching. The master bedroom was a good size with a very soft bed. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Nicole was an excellent host. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance of a good cafe. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Alison’s place was fantastic! Perfect for our family vacation!we enjoyed the pool every day! Since we were right in town, We could walk to any of the restaurants we wanted and also a short walk to the beach! Great walks on the beach. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed a full kitchen and even baked a cake! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful beach home! Can’t wait to come back!

Betsy’s cottage was amazing for our family and pup. All the amenities we needed were provided and being close to the beach was the best. Will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! Great location, only a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Beds were super comfortable, AC worked great, overall everything was perfect. Would stay again!

Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beach getaway! The location is perfect - it was so easy to access the beach, the pool and restaurants. The host was very helpful in providing instructions and recommendations ahead of time and was always easy to contact. We very much enjoyed spending time on the balcony with the beautiful view as well as all of the other amenities. We would love to return to stay here in the future!

We had the best vacation! We loved the size of the condo for our family of 6. The view is so good even though you have to cross a small one way road(watch out people drive fast). Saw dolphins everyday. We didn't have to get in the car once. This is our new favorite beach!

Great place! We used the outdoor fireplace, bicycles, and large private driveway. Inside was clean, roomy, and very well stocked. Everything you would need was available. Rode the provided bikes to restaurants and shops. There is lots to do within a small radius. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, an easy trip to Publix for some groceries, and firewood. We will definitely be returning!

This was an incredible stay for our family! The house was really well located to both the beach and the main area of the island. Avery was super responsive and kind to any questions or needs we had. It felt so homey, and it was so sweet to see how important the house is to their family. They had so many amenities, especially for kids, and everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back on a return trip to IOP! One of the best rentals we have had in a long time; definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at the Sea Urchin! We had such an amazing time! The pool and fenced in backyard is perfect for our family. We walked to the beach and to dinner! Everything was awesome! We’ll be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Lauren & J.R.’s home. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. They were very responsive to any questions I had. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing views!! Loved all the huge windows to give awesome views of the ocean! House was just what we needed for our family of 12. Elevator was great for my 81 year old father. Loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants. And when we did cook the kitchen was very well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the 2nd level deck, reading, playing games and just relaxing & watching the waves.

What a great place to stay when visiting Charleston and the IOP area. Relaxing under the Gazebo and dock after a day on the boats was fantastic. The host and owners of the home were very accommodating and super helpful with any questions and recommendations. The home was clean, comfortable, and set up perfect to accommodate the 8 of us. If you want to fish, just hang out and relax, or explore the area by boat - this is a great place. Most definitely would rent again. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
