Set in downtown Cedar City, you will be immersed in all the action this Utah town has in store with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. This upper-level rental has a charming historic feel and has cable and high-speed internet. There is no elevator to access this upper-level.

This downstairs basement apartment (we live upstairs, but it is completely separate and secured from our space - you may hear some noise from upstairs, but we try to be respectful) is located just minutes from downtown Cedar City (home of Utah Shakespeare Festival and SUU), and close to I-15 exit. Kid and family friendly! This is a great central location for State and National Parks (Zions: 65 miles, Bryce: 85 miles, Cedar Breaks: 27 miles), as well as Brian Head: 27 miles.

This King suite is on the same property as the Hobbit Cottage. As LOTR fans we wanted to offer a second option. King size studio with laundry & full kitchen. No animals allowed bc allergies. No smoking or parties. Has a private entrance down a flight of outdoor stairs, has a small private yard with grass and trees. Located in between Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Kanarra Falls, Kolob. Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown.

Private entry guest lodge. Community room by the office where a continental breakfast is provided, and is a shared living room for TV, Games, meeting friends, and more. Near Zion, Bryce, Kolob. Built in a garden, this super cute Inn is within walking distance of SUU and Shakespeare and has all the comforts of home. Newly built, the high ceilings provide an open, roomy feel. Many windows provide beautiful views of the nearby mountains. Our little inn sits above my massage therapy studio. We have a great vibe! This is a wonderful place to recharge.
