Monthly Rentals in Ioulis

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view. Dimitris was responsive and gave helpful instructions. Would stay again.

We stayed 10 days at Vlassis and Celia’s lovely little apartment and found everything we needed in the apartment. Vlassis met us at the port to take us the apartment (Google maps doesn’t work here-Apple maps is better, but as Celia says follow the signs!) We were given loads of great advice about where to visit (you’ll need a car to get around Kea) and saw loads of lovely coves and beaches. The Loulis has a number of good restaurants and the walk is about 15 minutes to them, although you might want to let your food go down before heading back up the hill! Our hosts were super accommodating even letting me borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean sand out of the boot of our hire car. The apartment is very well appointed and even had a cool bag and freezer blocks for trips to the beach. The attention to detail is fantastic. We’d highly recommend staying here.

The house is decorated simply in a traditional way and with a lot of taste. The terrace with amazing views. In a completely quiet neighborhood. We slept downstairs, which was very cool. Only access has some difficulties, that is, tenants must be trained to climb stairs and uphill.

Lovely old house is the centre of the village with all shops just a few metres away. Nice layout with separate rooms and a cosy feeling.
