Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

This house is a stand alone villa house with outdoor area and you might see other guest from other villas The house is 150 meters from the Main Villa and next to another 1 bedroom studio.

All are totally seperated from each other, have different entrances, outside areas and facilities. The maisonette is located in a complex of maisonettes just above the main village of Ioulis (Chora) which is approximately 10 minutes driving distance from the port and 15 minutes from the nearer beach. It is an ideal place to accommodate couples, families with kids and friends. It comprises of three levels and it is set amongst beautiful gardens.
