Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Inverness

Joanna's place was incredibly clean, modest, and matched the photos exactly. It was notably personable on the inside and did not reek of the normal (cheap) mass produced airbnb sites that most of us are accustom to. The surrounding area was peaceful dare I say tranquil. We got to see her cows and there are a dozen cats roaming around the neighborhood who are all very friendly. The most notable and important comment is that check in was seamless and easy. We accidently arrived incredibly late (around 2:00am) and had no issue accessing the property. Joanna was very responsive, most times within minutes to answer questions or give recommendations. The town did seem a little quite and closed down kind of early, but we do recommend the nearby wine bar called Twysted Vine, they always have something going on Thursday-Sunday.

Me and my family had a beautiful stay here, when fishing in the gulf and saw many dolphins and wildlife. We really appreciated the nice boat ramp as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful week at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared with all the comforts we could ask for. The kitchen had just enough to make cooking easy and enjoyable. Our host was truly excellent. Very quick to respond to messages and went above and beyond when the security company notified them about the cameras being down, making sure we were okay and getting the WiFi back online right away. We loved the peace and privacy of the property. Its location was ideal for us, offering a quiet escape just outside the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. Waking up to the cows and horses in the neighboring pasture was an absolute delight and added so much character to our stay.

We stayed here for our annual getaway with our best friends, and had a blast. Everything was just as described. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. Backyard was spacious which was awesome with two kiddos that wanted to play tag and water guns. Sunny's place is located right by the Head springs entrance which means you barely have to make an effort to visit the local attraction! It was also incredibly convient to pop in to the local stores as needed or grab a bite to eat at the local restaurants. I can absolutely see us here again! If you are visiting the area and are lucky enough to come across his listing as available, don't hesitate to book, you won't be sorry!

We had such a peaceful weekend at this serene riverside home. Rebecca is so responsive and helpful! We enjoyed unwinding by the water on the dock and watched family movies in the coziest living room. We went to take our child to swim with manatees which we were able to do at Crystal River then go back and just relax! Loved the quick escape and thank you to Rebecca for opening her home.

Patty was great! The house had everything you could need and more, everything in the kitchen was well labeled and the house was extremely large and functional. We were there for a funeral service, as it was not a vacation so our experience was a little bit more limited. Patty was wonderful and extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive to any questions/issues that we encountered.

We loved our stay here so much! Everything was well thought out. My daughter wanted to play the record player but has never seen one and didn’t know how to. There was a QR code right there to scan! Everything was clean, plenty of cookware, a grill with gas, kayaks and a peddle boat. I enjoyed having my coffee every morning outside watching the birds. The beds were comfy, a lovely living room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

Great little spot! This is the second time I come and stay here because the price and location is hard to beat.. we saw baby dolphin jumping right behind the house at sunset time, manatee, and along the river there were otters and deer and just so much beauty! Staying here is one of the easiest ways to see the Weekiwachee River. It has everything you need: AC beds with clean linens, clean kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to be prepared to share the outside area though! There is another rental above and the yard is a shared space (something I forgot all about.) Everyone we encountered from above was very nice. Also noticed the kayaks were upgraded since my last visit! Wonderful weekend all in all. Will be back.

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to stores and local attractions. We enjoyed a campfire and time on the screen porch. The access to the neighborhood park and the use of the golf cart and paddle boards added to the value. Overall it was a great spot for a family getaway.

I needed a place just like this to get away for three nights. The curtains were my fave, really nice and soft material and made me feel fancy. The place was comfy and I would look at visiting again one day soon!

The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful! Felt very cozy ! Me and my family had a wonderful time here ! The outdoor space was great for the kids ! There was a ping pong table darts and plenty of games to keep them entertained! Overall great stay would love to visit again ! Emilie was a great host ! Very communicative and even provided us with a welcome guide which was very thoughtful and came in handy !

We loved it there!! it was close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk to the restaurant which had great food and entertainment!!: Loved the outdoor area with the multiple decks, rocking chairs, and a fire pit!!

Very nice home, located within 20 minutes to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. We loved the seclusion, the home’s architecture, and the detached BBQ screened-in shelter. The large backyard is great for the activities they provide (cornhole, mini soccer, and tree swinging). We were there in the summer but the water level in the back was too shallow to launch the canoes but that’s no problem with tons of local kayaking options. The house is on a 12-minute drive dirt road that can be difficult to find at night. Also, the house does not have any cell reception but the house has ok WiFi speeds to stream movies and use FaceTime (voice); that’s the price to be in seclusion, peace, and nature. Check in and out were a breeze and the indoor amenities are nice. We recommend this home for a nice getaway.
