Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

A cute, cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. The family room has a sleeper sofa, if needed as well as a TV, cable and wifi. Minutes from downtown Inverness, shopping, restaurants, boat launch, parks and the Withlacoochie walk/ride trail. Perfect get away whether for a few days or a snow bird experience. Fully fenced back yard makes the home pet dog friendly; however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!
