Time out at the beautiful Wörthsee in the 5 lakes region at the gates of Munich. This unique holiday home in the middle of nature was lovingly renovated in 2022 according to the latest standards. Surrounded by meadows and the edge of the forest, we can call approx. 40 deer our closest neighbours. 3,000 square metres of fenced private park, protected by trees and hedges, are at your exclusive disposal. The picturesque Wörthsee is only 10 minutes away by bike. Munich can be reached in 45 minutes.

Ammersee-Maisonette - walk to the lake

The elegant apartment with balcony invites you to experience the Ammersee and feel good: In about 12 minutes you can walk to the swimming area in Stegen. On the shore are beer gardens, restaurants and a shipping pier. There are many cycle- and footpaths such as to the Wörthsee. You can walk to the town center in 4 minutes. Munich can be reached via the A 96 in about 25 minutes (35 km). Neuschwanstein Castle and Zugspitze are about 1.5 hours away. Chickens and rooster live in the neighborhood.
