The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
