Such a beautiful caravan,, was really clean, great location and few minute walk to beach and fantasy Island, would defo come back and stay again. We had such a lovely holiday 😌 thank you so much x

The caravan was nice and cosy and close walk to the beach. Nicola was brilliant and very responsive as we decided to book very last minute and quite late at night. Would definitely go back again.

This little flat sits above some shops on a the main road to Fantasy Island. You can’t fault the location for convenience - Tesco just around the corner and Fantasy Island a 10/15 minute walk away. The pictures sent over were really helpful because it would not be obvious to find otherwise! The flat is clean, well equiped and comfortable, with coffee and hot chocolate appreciated by us all. The noise from the nearby pub might be an issue if you’re trying to get small children to sleep with the window open, but it wasn’t a problem for us. A nice little place.

Lisa's bungalow was just perfect for me and my faithful pooch. Great walks on the marshes 5 minutes from the property. Winthorpe beach and amenities 20 minutes walk. The bungalow was spotless and had everything we needed including welcome milk, water etc. Lisa also left lots of information on dog friendly beaches, places to eat and drink and great dog walks. Great position for days out exploring. She was extremely helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble. We only had a couple of days break but would definitely return for longer.
