Casa Beira Rio in Barra do Una. It has a beautiful garden, made with Atlantic forest and access ramp for speedboat, jet ski and stand-up paddle. There is a balcony throughout the house. The larger terrace has a farm table and barbecue area. The entire home is flat and easily accessible by elderly people or people in wheelchairs. The bathrooms are not yet suitable for wheelchair users. The house is all walled by the street side and the neighbors. The front of the river is just like the pictures.

Charming apartment in a gated community, near the tip of Barra do Sahy, one block from the beach. It is a perfect space for a small family (couple with 2 children) or 2 couples. The condominium has beach service, a game room, a soccer field and 2 tennis courts. We had problems with the pool again and it will be closed for the remainder of the summer.
