Casa da Luisa - Forest & Ocean Ilhabela

Positioned in the slope of the hill, with total sight for the sea, in the middle of the forest, the house is enclosed of nature. Birds, trees, squirrels (caxinguelês), are the neighbors. In full Bag of the Chapel, in a cul-de-sac, the access is for staircase or with a private funicular (inclined plan). Going to the north, it`s about 5 minutes on foot to the Town (approx. 500 m), with his historical center, restaurants, bars, shops, events, exhibitions, bookstore and services. In front, the Pindá Iate Club and the Sea Club. To the south, to few meters, restaurants (Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, caiçara) and pizzerias. Marinas and school of Yachting BL3, with Kitesurf, Windsurf and Candle, bars and esplanades in the beach. Marvelous sight for the sea and for the forest. Facing the beach of the “Saco da Capela”, the house is very cozy and it accommodates quite 10 persons. It has an extern area and spacious bedcover, which is communicated by the room and the American kitchen. Extra extern row of seats with 2 cubes and area for the portable barbecue. Room with sofas, armchairs, tables, cupboard with crockery and TV (SKY). Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, liquidizer, toaster, processor, pans and equipment. The house has 3 complete suites with double bed and one more room with two single beds and complete social bathroom. There is still the possibility of extra beds. Garden, lawn, deck of wood and swimming pool. The house have 2.000 liters of water in the boxes of daily use, more box of 1.000 liters for reuse of the pluvial waters for irrigation of the garden and swimming pool and box still awaits with 1.000 liters of extra water for eventual lacks.

Beautiful Farmhouse in Ilhabela

If you're looking for a place to relax and connect with nature, this is the place. The site is away from the hustle and bustle, about 18 km south of the island, leaving the ferry. Great for those who want to enjoy the beach, without having to face traffic! The Borrifos neighborhood is close to waterfalls and good restaurants, but it is far from the central region, which makes it difficult to go to the bakery! Lindo Sítio na Praia com Cachoeiras!! House with 5 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, American kitchen, large living room, and balcony with screen all around. The perfect place to enjoy the beach by day and rest in a place with noises of water to sleep! We are 5 kilometers, 7 minutes by car, from the beach of Enseada de São Sebastião and 12 minutes from the beach of Cigarras. We are in a valley, with 2 Rivers, it is a humid region not recommended for someone who has Rhinitis or respiratory allergies.

As soon as you enter you will find the fully equipped open kitchen, with a beautiful table for 6 people next to the living room and with full access to the outdoor area. The outdoor area has a large garden with BBQ and an outdoor shower. Still on the ground floor, we have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main suite is in the Mezzanine, accessed by a beautiful snail staircase, overlooking the entire Morro de Guaecá and you can still hear the sound of the waves. All bedrooms have fans and cabinets.

Nice house in the middle of Ilhabela's nature

House located at the top of the hill overlooking mountains. Surrounded by the green of nature, in which we often see beautiful birds like Tiê-Sangue and Tucano. The house is airy and bright, surrounded by windows and doors, which allow good ventilation, has a delicious veranda with hammocks to relax and a large garden with coconut trees. It contains an outdoor table for breakfast amidst nature. The house has access through 2 vehicle gates, containing in total 5 vacancies.
