We are 5 minutes from the beaches that offer stunning views of Fort Boyard and the 3 Islands (Aix, Oléron and Madame). Kick back and relax in this "cocooning and wellness" space for adults only.

Bright, the house will be perfect for your getaway for families or with friends. The courtyard at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy the sun for a nap, an aperitif or a barbecue. Victorine Market will feed you fresh fish, the vegetable market and small shops will complete your menus.

The house has 2 bedrooms with two double beds of 190 x 140 cm, a large living room open to a modern kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a terrace located at the back. Sheets and towels are provided. The garage allows you to store your bikes. Ideally located on the island of Oleron, 5 minutes from the beaches by car and close to all amenities.

Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. Small marina with restaurants, bars, creperie, boat rentals and jet-ski. You will appreciate my house for its location, its exposure, its decoration. The typical village of SAINT-GEORGES with its hall and beautiful church is located 3 km away.
