Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Lots of opportunities for cool excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. We live in the main house - and just love our place!

Large and bright holiday apartment in Svaneke

Spacious holiday apartment with lovely light located close to Hullehavn. Private kitchen (an oven and two hot plates) and bathroom as well as entrance. The garden is not accessible, but the harbor is a few minutes walk from here with access to the forest and playground for the little ones. We are a family of four (two children aged 6 and 8) who live next door with our cat.
