Frank is a wonderful host and we've stayed here many times now. It's always a pleasant experience.

Kelly's place was clean, very quiet, and comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of mature trees and nice outside deck to enjoy the evenings. Easy access to main roads and not far from small grocery store and local pub and eatery.

We had a wonderful time, the place was very clean, described accurately, and easy to find. We found most everything we needed and loved the huge deck, the jacuzzi and the lovely swing down by the river. Since we only had one car, we were unable to take advantage of the kayak, but there was plenty of other things to do nearby. Thank you for a very peaceful and fun few days.

Stayed at Ginger & Curtis's home while visiting my daughter at Kenyon. Location was great and home was comfortable... easy, short drive to campus. Apple Valley Lake is just beautiful. Lovely view of the lake from the back deck of the home.
