The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

Welcome to our cozy cabin out in the woods in Littleton, Maine, just off of US 1, ten minutes north of the town of Houlton. The Southern Bangor and Aroostook ATV trail borders our property. So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.

Aroostook Craftsman Haven

This is a Sears and Roebuck Kit Home built in 1932. It is a Craftsman Style Home that has been added on to a couple times. This is our Home that we have renovated slowly over the years and want to allow people to enjoy our home the way we have. It is smaller but has suited our needs and hope it suites yours as well. It has a washer and dryer unit onsite as well. The front porch serves as a nice area to enjoy the sunrise and your morning coffee.

Spaulding Lake during the summer is best for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, and listening to the loons… You also have access to ATV trails directly from camp, with plenty of room for truck & trailer. The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
