Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Stay on the lake and make this cozy studio apartment a home base for all your Northern Maine adventures! This is a self-contained unit above a detached garage. Room to park two to three vehicles outside and space for several snowmobiles. Kayaks are available to borrow. Cross Lake is on the Fish River chain of lakes providing miles of open water for fishing and water sports. Easy access to ATV and snowmobile trails.

In the Eagles Nest you are located in the country side of Fort Fairfield directly across the road from Aroostook Valley Country Club house and hole one.
