Casey's place was fantastic. It was very clean. There were extra linens, which is always nice when you have a child who might have a pull-up leak over night or who knows what. The porch was relaxing and a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee in the morning before the kids woke up. The older kids enjoyed the games that were provided. Casey thought of just about everything!! We did arrive at dark and turning in past Motel 6, we were a little concerned about the area. However, once getting past that the area was fine. Parking is right in front of the condo door, which is perfect. FYI: Walmart delivers to this address- so we had a delivery set once we arrived. We would definitely stay here again! This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend! Being so close to the water was so extremely relaxing and just what I needed for a quick getaway! I have stayed at a few airbnbs in Hot Springs/Lake Hamilton, but this one is by far my all time favorite! I will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was quiet, peaceful, and the host was extremely responsive. Loved sitting on the deck watching the fishermen and the wildlife. The space was beautiful and equipped with all we needed.

This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

Totally amazing! We stayed for a birthday weekend and it was perfect for two besties having a grand old time. I’ve never slept better in a bed away from home! Comfy and cozy all around. Easy access to shops, and highways to the national parks. Absolutely the best place to stay around here. Will *for sure* be back!

The house was beautiful with an awesome view of the lake. We loved the ease of walking down to the dock and the kids loved swimming all day, every day of our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we did see were very friendly. Plenty of room inside the house for everyone to hangout and sleep!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

My family had the best time staying at this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). The house itself is beautiful. It looks newly built. We’re a big fishing family and having the dock right there was a huge bonus for us. The water was still a bit too cold to swim, but that didn’t stop the kiddos! They had a blast. The house has extra life jackets, fishing poles, and has kayaks! I know there’s some comments about the neighborhood looking rough compared to the beautiful home being rented, but the neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. I consider it just a normal “lake property” where there’s a mix of homes, RVs, trailers, etc. It didn’t bother us one bit. Thomas was quick to respond if we had a question. Everywhere we ate was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Never have I been to a place out of my home state and instantly felt at home. Erin’s house is one of the coziest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! A beautiful kitchen with plenty of space and most importantly, very clean!

The house and property are exactly as described. “Serene” is the perfect word to describe our family’s experience at this property. Julie and Rory are friendly, accommodating, and very responsive hosts. Thank you! The direct lake access was the high note. Our family enjoyed the views, grilling, fishing, and kayaks. The area is very safe and quiet. The house is modern and very clean. Many little touches around the house made the stay even more enjoyable. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay at this place!

It was our first trip to Arkansas. We loved the place, it was very relaxing for me. The pool was nice too! Martha responded quickly and also made sure my husband had a place to park his boat. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in neighborhood that felt safe & welcoming. The balcony overlooking the lake was an amazing area for drinking morning coffee while watching turtles, geese and boats. The condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Definitely a condo I would like to stay in again!

We had a great time at the condo, especially sitting looking out over the river. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Jess was very easy to deal with. A lovely stay.

Just go ahead and book this condo—you will not be disappointed! Everything was exactly as described: the pictures, the amenities, and the overall comfort of the space. One of the absolute highlights was having the lake just a few feet from the back door. It was incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed spending the week fishing, taking in the peaceful scenery, and simply unwinding by the water. The location is also perfect—just a quick drive to amazing food and fun. The hosts were proactive, timely, and an absolute pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

The condo was just as described. Location was great. Great view, close to different things to do.
