Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Horsetooth Reservoir

We were attending wedding activities over three days in Longmont which is a half hour drive each way so we were on the fence about booking Marda's place. We're so glad we did though. There are too many special touches to mention them all, but we loved the hardwood floors, the tile choices in kitchen and bath and the comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Plus the windows are great, letting in lots of natural light while keeping the house very quiet. There's a covered porch out back with a table and chairs, all looking out on a green lawn and some big trees. Also provided were two bikes with helmets, but we didn't use them because we'd brought our own. The bike paths in the area are wonderful. The place had everything we needed and the house manual and other instructions for kitchen appliance, w/d, etc., are there if you need them. I highly recommend the Love Shack!

We loved our stay at Erik's place in Fort Collins. Perfect location in newer development walking distance to main street and nearby water area called Poudre river. Bedrooms spacy and comfy and great amenities such as coffee maker and french press. We really enjoyed the roof-top jacuzzi with time intervals to use (other back unit also has timed access) - plenty of time to enjoy especially sunset. Highly recommend the yellow taco truck right off Main street to the house! Great food all along the main town! Erik was super responsive and we would definitely stay again!

Super clean, super responsive, and super cool interior decor. Matthew even paid attention to the details by having some snacks and drinks in the refrigerator for us.

Had an amazing stay with my family, just wish it could have been for longer! Jeanna is extremely friendly and her place was just as it is described. It is actually a bigger apace than it even appears in the photos. We felt right at home as soon as checked in. Hope to stay again if we are ever back in town.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Livermore, CO! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the deck—sweeping vistas of rolling hills and vibrant sunsets that made every evening magical. This home was in a very peaceful neighborhood and close to our family in town. The layout of the house allowed for privacy when sleeping and using the bathroom. The yard, patio and hot tub area was peaceful, private and beautifully landscaped. The spacious dining room accommodated our large extended family for meals and games. Our family appreciated the two different rooms for family wanting to watch TV. After all, you can only watch the Minecraft movie so many times :)

I try to book Taylor’s place each time I’m in Fort Collins. His place is great and he’s such a nice host and very responsive. Kitchen has all the needed pots, pans, etc and always has coffee, creamers and an assortment tea. The bedrooms are very spacious. The yard is perfect for dogs. The hot tub is pristine. The neighborhood is super cute and great for dog walks. It’s perfectly located for CSU visits. I stay here for CSU vet visits. Highly recommend this place.

From our first contact with Glenn and throughout our stay, Glenn was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment served us well for the purpose of our stay. The swing by the lake was beautiful. We spent our evenings there enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We like to walk, and found the neighborhood to be very walkable. The location of the apartment was in a quiet area and easily accessible to most anywhere you might want to go in Fort Collins. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed at Glenn’s place.

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Maria was very proactive and communicative, and has provided a great Airbnb experience. The location couldn't have been any better. Walking distance to all of downtown Estes Park and only a 10 minute drive to either entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was an ideal and cozy retreat for long days of hiking.

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. OUTSTANDING!!!! Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

loved the space, so nice to have a big kitchen and great room. super comfy beds and furniture. really loved having the hot tub. this unit has no stairs which was also super nice!

Excellent stay in Estes. Location could not be more convenient, very walkable to all bars and restaurants downtown. Nice unit and just as described. Would stay here again!

Would highly recommend these accommodations if you’re visiting Estes Park. We were in town for a wedding that was happening steps away from the condo in one of the two wedding venues at Black Canyon Inn, but this condo neighborhood is just a short drive (3 minutes) from things like The Stanley Hotel, main street Estes Park, and amenities like grocery, pharmacy, etc. The condo was exactly as described and the host was proactive and easy to communicate with!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The apartment is a newly renovated part of a fourplex house, offers many amenities, and has the charm of a real home. The apartment is very clean—with a personal touch thanks to the tasteful interior—and offers a fully equipped, wonderful kitchen (gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, sharp knives, basic food and spices; washing machine and dryer), a cozy living room, a terrace with a wonderful view of the Flatirons, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and a great, comfortable bed. I did not miss a thing there! I also loved the location: it's only a walkable 1.2 miles to the mountains and greenery—perfect for hiking and trail running, etc.; the city center, the university, and Chautauqua Park are also not far away; and supermarkets (regular and organic) are less than a 5-minute drive away. On top of all this, the communication with Eric really couldn't have been better! I would come back here anytime! 5***** Recommended.

Loved the location and the wood burning fireplace. The hot tub was also wonderful! We will definitely be back!
