House vacation rentals in Horsetooth Reservoir

This was a beautiful place to stay. The view was amazing. The place was clean, a full kitchen with plenty of plates, cups and utensils. We definitely recommend staying here and we will rent this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

Adam was a great host! During our stay we had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly! We loved how spacious our place was and that everything we needed was available to us.

From even before we arrived Michael was responsive and helpful, which made us feel so very welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Any problem we had, no matter how small, was responded to immediately and with a perfect solution. The home itself was comfortable with plenty of towels, hangers and places to sit! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. The location was a new one for us and there was a pleasant trail and easy walk (~20 minutes) to many interesting coffee places. We appreciate Michael for making our stay so comfortable, homey and easy

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

This place was amazing… clean, safe, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to do! We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was perfect for our family of 8 including our 1 1/2 year old grandson. There was even a crib and a high chair for him which made things very easy! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils… even extra spices, paper products, plasticware, and storage bags were available. It was a very functional kitchen/dining area. The living room was very comfortable and roomy. The office area was very large as well. Wifi worked seamlessly. The beds were ALL extremely comfortable. There was also no clutter in the house at all. My grown 20-something kids enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every night after hiking all day and said it incredibly clean and relaxing. There were also plenty of extra towels available for the kitchen and for the bathrooms. I can not say enough good things about this home…best air bnb we have ever stayed in by far!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, nice furniture and literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! The location is amazing with beautiful views of the mountains. It’s only 9 min from the main town. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

Great host! Very accommodating with my reservation and even allowed us to check in a little early after camping a few days prior. The home was clean and spacious enough for our group. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tub with views and it’s close enough to walk to downtown Fort Collins. 10/10 would recommend

Travis is an incredible host - responsive and kind! The Airbnb was stocked with everything you could possibly need and just ask cute as the pictures. Planning to stay here again later in the year!

This is a very cozy place! Such a rare combination. A great big house and wild nature in the form of a river, mountains and trees. Lots of space, everything is convenient and comfortable. I could just sit all day by the river and look at the water, it's relaxing. We checked in quickly, without personal meetings with the owner. Everything is simple. Everything you might need is in the house. Take a fishing rod with you. Sleeping with the window open, to the sound of the river, is a dream. Hot herbal tea, on the balcony, overlooking the river. I just left there, but I already want to go back!

Andi's place was perfect! It was clean, relaxing, and felt like home. It was also perfect for our dogs, with a great little yard. And was also amazing about allowing a late check-out for us. I will definitely rent from Andi again!

This place is perfect getaway Near the city but far enough to be in middle of nature. Easy commute to so many different attractions. Friendly neighbors made us feel right at home. Amanda is great host and made sure we have every thing we need for the stay. I now know where to stay for my next trip to area.

We spend 3 nights at this location and really enjoyed the house and our time in Colorado! The owners were responsive and created a really cool, family friendly space.

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

We stayed there as a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place for the chill sleepover we were looking for. It was very clean and comfortable. The tv and couch were perfect and the kitchen very useful

This place is truly incredible. We came to RMNP with a 10 month old and wanted to feel like we were in the Rockies knowing we’d have to work in nap times. This place exceeded all expectations. The views are incredible and wildlife was always coming through. The home is well stocked and makes you feel like you are in your own mountain home. It was a very special place and we are thankful Leah hosted us!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.
