On the ground floor you will find kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. On the 1st floor is a large living room in open connection with the bedroom. In the large and lush garden, you can play and make fires, or walk around and pick berries, fruits and herbs for the food. Activities: Legoland and Lalandia. Juelsminde Marina and Nature Playground.

You rent 2 rooms, a bathroom and a small hallway locked away from the rest of the house, a private terrace and entrance, as well as a private parking space. There are board games, books and drawing materials that can be freely used. Small kitchenette with microwave, no hotplates. 3/4 bed 140x 195 with Tempur roll mattress. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day out in nature.

The house is 150 meters from the light rail, so you can get to Odder in about five minutes or reach Aarhus and all the possibilities there in half an hour. It is 7.5 km to Saksild Strand, which is known as one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. In addition, it is only 11 km to Moesgaard Museum, 6.5 km to the fantastic Fru Møllers Mølleri and 3.5 km to Padel Laden, where you can book a court and equipment online.

Short distance to the train station, Prison, city center, Fitness X and the very popular Bygholm park if time is for a walk in the green.

The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Peaceful farmhouse in the countryside

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.
