On the ground floor you will find kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. On the 1st floor is a large living room in open connection with the bedroom. In the large and lush garden, you can play and make fires, or walk around and pick berries, fruits and herbs for the food. Activities: Legoland and Lalandia. Juelsminde Marina and Nature Playground.

The house is homely, cozy and spacious and with space on the terrace in summer and in front of the wood-burning stove in winter. With three rooms and an alcove, there are 8 sleeping places, it is possible to gather family and friends. The house is located on a lovely large plot where you will find a large trampoline and sea play and only have 500 meters to the beach and bathing jetty. The area also offers rich opportunities for forest and beach walks 2 km to shopping Note: guests clean themselves before departure.

A gem with the opportunity for tranquility and immersion in the protected Sondrup. Beautiful views, dark night sky. Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family. Possibility to bring a horse.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.
