Monthly Rentals in Hormigos

Our experience with the studio was great. Everything was very well organized and there was no lack of detail. Everything was very clean and very quiet that was really what we were looking for. The hosts are very friendly and always pending so that nothing was missing. We were informed of how to access making it easy and giving very good information about Sevilla the new. What to see and where to eat. It was worth us a lot. We were at home I would even say that better in some aspects. One detail that I liked was that the television could be hooked on the television platforms. In my case it came to me very well why I could watch football and be at home. We will be back for sure why it is a great place to disconnect.

I gained a new friend. the neighborhood is very affordable, 5 minutes walk to the metro and 15 minutes to downtown. Gala made an appointment for me with the public transportation office to get a 30 day pass which helped me with going everywhere for free by paying $25 for the pass. She also helped me to get my train tickets when my phone got damaged. She is a very kind and compassionate person. The apartment is very cute and clean. Dogs Kika and Mika are very sweet and gentle. If you are allergic to dog hair, just know that they do shed but Gala cleans the apartment everyday. They stay in Gala's room most of the time. I will be staying with her again if I visit Madrid. Thanks for everything, Gala!!

I stayed at the apartment for 2 1/2 months and everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly as it is described. It's equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. When I arrived, everything was quite clean and in a good shape. The flat is in the attic and has sloping ceilings. Tall people have to be careful not to bump their heads - especially in the shower. Although the apartment is very small, every centimeter is used the best way possible which is why there is a lot of storage place. The area is fantastic. Malasaña is a vibrant neighboorhood with a lot of Shops, Restaurants and Bars. It's only a few minutes walking to Gran Vía and the City Center. The next metro stations (Noviciado, Plaza España or Tribunal) are also within walking distance. Finally, Max was a very polite and friendly host. When there was an issue, he answered within a few minute and helped immediately. Thank you!

Francisca is a welcoming host, in all simplicity. The bedroom and bed are comfortable. It opens onto a pleasant terrace. The apartment is clean. It's easy to park on the street. A local bus runs to Toledo bus station, close to Old Toledo, in 45 minutes. The bus isn't always on time, but you can park right next to the stop in a public parking lot.
