This Christian friendly cozy cottage, located 30 minutes from Chicago is located on a private 3 acre property. It’s a private detached cottage from main house that sleeps four. One king size bedroom (2 air mattresses) (sheets supplied), large full bathroom with deep tub w/ handle (towels supplied), full kitchen (dishes, pots and pans ect supplied) private covered parking and yard (directly in front of cottage) w/ its own fire pit for enjoyment. No plug for electric cars (station 2 m away).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cozy and Charming brick ranch nested on a quiet street. Minutes from the metra line taking you to downtown Chicago or visit the neighborhood shopping in downtown Homewood. No smoking and no parties. We are unable to accommodate a party of any size because of our agreement with our neighbors. Driveway is narrow. Limit 2 cars. No extra guest without notice. Extremely strict neighbors! We follow all cancellation rules.

I have been staying at this property for 5 months. My continued stays is a great indicator of pleasure with the location and the host. Farrah is very responsive. The home is always clean. This place is in a great location - close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the interstate. Other than the yard needing to have some maintenance, it was a great stay as always.

A wonderful cottage, it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The “home away from home”, was nicely appointed with furniture, linens, kitchen tools and utensils. The hostess was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Check-in was smooth and directions were clear. Beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we have an opportunity to be in the area again we will definitely see if this house is available! Till next time!
