In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Close to: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. If you want to switch off from everything and enjoy simply enjoy nature, this is the place to be. The coast is almost around the corner, Dornumersiel can be easily reached in 7km through the fields by bike. Behind the house is the Dornumersieler Sieltief. If you like, you can fish here with the appropriate fishing license. In the yard, chickens walk freely, as do the tomcats, and the two dogs. The eggs are therefore a delicacy. #smallfarm
