Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

Near the beach and fishing lake but only a short walk to the club house for food and entertainment. Passes need to be purchased separately from clubhouse for Swimming and other activities. A real home from home for all the family. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen can be provided for an extra cost. In winter months the club house is closed.

A small village getaway for a relaxing break. Historic church and local amenities nearby. Perfect for a peaceful holiday. The property is newly renovated - hence the name. It used to be our shed! There is one room downstairs with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen with combination microwave, fridge and two ring hob. Upstairs has a cosy attic style bedroom with a large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom has powerful shower. Guests have access to hosts BBQ in summer by arrangement.
