We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

Bright basement apartment with private entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are no carpets (wooden floors and tiles). There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Nice newly renovated holiday apartment located in basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses as well as a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde Skole). Lovely viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10min walk from the house.

A very nice accommodation right on the water (only a footpath separates) on two floors (narrow spiral staircase): upstairs armchair, sofa, view of the harbor and the bed, downstairs kitchenette, large table and the bathroom. Everything you need. Good furniture. In the building also an underground car park (very expensive) or a handful of public parking spaces with a 15-minute limit. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, but not too loud. Perfect for exploring the city (by bike) or watching the day go by with a view of the water.

Thank you for the lovely stay with you! We found everything we needed. The apartment is especially great for children. Our dogs also had a very good time in the middle of nature. It was perfect all around.

A perfect getaway for max two persons. The location is the best: The Latin Quarter is amazing. Corina is a fine host who provides support and is always available when needed.

We loved Nooras Appartment! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. But the highlight is the location: you are directly in the city center and at the Harbour, with a beautiful view over the water. Restaurants und shops are nearby. This also means, that it is noisy at night as a bar nearby plays loud music outside. But with the windows closed, that is no problem. We totally recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sébastien’s apartment. Wonderful location, comfortable bed, very clean! The only thing to consider is that the children’s bedroom does not have very good blinds, so it stays quite light. Also two windows in the living room/kitchen don’t have shades/curtains. But all things considered highly recommended!

Ane's apartment is even cozier and beautiful than in the pictures, and she was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here! The location is amazing - bus stop right outside, free parking, and walking distance to many things. The interior decor is so beautiful and made us feel right at home. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen. We would love to come back here in the future!

The place is wonderful, perfect for our family. The apartment is nicely furnished and we found the beds comfortable. There were lots of toys for our kids to play with, and the high chair and pack and play crib were very convenient. Jane was super helpful and went out of her way to provide recommendations and tips. It’s a bit of a walk to get to places in Aarhus (that aren’t in the docks area) but the nearby coffee shops and grocery store, and the wonderful food hall, were all very close by.

So lovely and polite, always helping whenever there is something you need help with. Location is good, very close to a trainstation making getting into Aarhus very quick and easy.

An extraordinary place to stay in a great location. We had a four-day regatta at the sailing center and this allowed for a short (3-minute) walk each day to our boat. Hans’s place was absolutely beautiful and located right next to a fantastic water park with plenty of activities both inside and outside. The property was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
