Vacation rentals with a pool in Historic District, St. Augustine

What a wonderful place to vacation! Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach (easy walk) and close to Vilano Beach Publix/bridge to downtown St. Augustine. Fully stocked on essentials. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. Derek was so very responsive and gave great instructions on check-in/check-out procedures. Will definitely consider future stays. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for spreading out and relaxing. The highlight for us was definitely the amazing pool — crystal clear and great for both lounging and swimming. Whether we were enjoying quiet mornings by the water or gathering together in the open living areas, the entire space felt welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend for families, groups, or anyone looking to unwind in a private, relaxing setting!

We really enjoyed our stay with Erica in St. Augustine. We decided to do a relaxing girls weekend and it was the perfect spot for us. We loved that there was enough room for everyone and that Erika had beautiful spots in her home to take group photos with props included. The location was close enough to uber cheaply to the historic district so that we didn’t have to stress about having a designated driver. Erika has all that appliances that you need for your stay, and we were able to make some of our own food instead of eating out. We also loved being able to just relax in the backyard for a more chill day. Overall it was an amazing stay and I highly recommend if you’re trying to do a small getaway!

Oh man where do I start. The place was impeccable and looked just like the pictures. It was super cute with lots of amenities. I felt like it was a hidden gem.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

We truly enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place!! It was so much fun, we really enjoyed ourselves relaxing in the pool to cool off and checking out all the local bars/restaurants! There was plenty of room for our group of nine 🫶 highly recommend for getting together with friends & family!

This place was incredible and perfectly located! We had a wonderful stay—everything was cozy and inviting, with a well-stocked kitchen that made meals easy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the backyard was absolutely beautiful. We especially loved unwinding by the pool on floats after long beach days. Heather was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend! Thank you for being pet friendly and sharing your home with our family. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and having a home base to explore the historical district of St. Augustine. Would 100% recommend especially if you are traveling with young kids

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

Wonderful time with family and friends for a much needed get away. We could not figure out the TV and Alan sent his friend and wife over to help fix the tvs. The friend and wife provided amazing food recommendations and places to go in downtown . Definitely recommend and will stay again .

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

Sea winds was a great place to stay for a vacation. It was quiet and relaxing and the beach was really close too. The owners were responsive with any of our questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Great value for the views!! Loved looking out at the beach! Would definitely come back. Could use an update on the living room furniture. And the front door is quite tough to close without making noise. Bring your own body wash and shampoo. A nice efficiency spot.

We have stayed at Cindy‘s place multiple times now. It always feels like home. Nice and clean and located near the beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and not too far from downtown and shopping. Cindy is always super friendly and quick to respond if I have a question. Will definitely stay here again!

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.
