House vacation rentals in Historic District, St. Augustine

What a wonderful place to vacation! Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach (easy walk) and close to Vilano Beach Publix/bridge to downtown St. Augustine. Fully stocked on essentials. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. Derek was so very responsive and gave great instructions on check-in/check-out procedures. Will definitely consider future stays. Thank you!

This was our second visit to Fred and Lynn's home and it didn't disappoint. When visiting other home I have always taken my own pots and pans as I always encounter cheap thrift store cookware, but not here. I left my kitchen home this trip and it was great! We love how secluded and private it is. You would never know you are only 5 minutes away from shopping and grocery stores. Especially when the local deer herd visits in the early mornings and late afternoons. We plan on returning next summer! 😊

The space was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Immediately fell in love with the view of the lake as we walked in. Michael was very accommodating and provided us with some ideas of places to go in the area. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here when we visit St. Augustine again!

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

We truly enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place!! It was so much fun, we really enjoyed ourselves relaxing in the pool to cool off and checking out all the local bars/restaurants! There was plenty of room for our group of nine 🫶 highly recommend for getting together with friends & family!

House was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean. The historic feel of the home fit right in with the area and the updates to the house were perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend Debbie’s rental! Everything was impeccably, clean and well thought out. She had everything we could possibly need which we truly appreciated as we were in town for a wedding. We were very comfortable our entire stay…the beds were perfect and the air conditioning worked great… we were nice and chilly (just like we prefer!) the whole time. Several friends stopped by and were so impressed with our pretty, spacious house. We are so thankful we found this place and will definitely stay again if we come back to Saint Augustine.

I loved this home! It was perfect. So much better than I expected. Larger than the photos. It was so roomy and just an awesome neat home. I loved the decorations everything looked so old and cool. It was a very historic St. Augustine vibe which I really appreciated. The location was top tier. I can’t wait to come back. No better place to stay at in St. Augustine in my opinion. Thank you!

We celebrated my wife's birthday by coming to St. Augustine and Ann's place was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Nestled on a quiet side street just a couple blocks from historic downtown, this location is absolutely ideal - the perfect balance of proximity without hearing the crowds at some of the rowdier places in town. Ann offers a parking spot which is an absolute-must when staying near downtown - anywhere else is $20/day and street parking in town is virtually non-existent. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm note and some fresh muffins! Our area was clean and prepared, and even featured a washer/dryer. Ann also lent us a pack-and-play for our toddler. I highly recommend this place as a former AirBnB owner myself - the attention to detail by the host is excellent, the house is perfectly situated, and the price is better than hotels or any of the other AirBnB locations we searched. If we come back, this is where we'll stay! (if you don't snatch it first!)

We had such an amazing weekend staying at the May St house in Saint Augustine!Damon was an absolutely wonderful host, and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had regarding the house. The location is perfect and in a safe part of town, and it’s only about a mile away from downtown Saint Augustine and is a quick drive to Vilano beach. I feel like you get so many amazing amenities at a wonderful price point. We will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely old bungalow, comfortably furnished, well maintained and stylishly outfitted in the perfect location. Very walkable to all that STA has to offer. The host Conrad (and Charlie) were very friendly and super responsive. It is AirBnB done right. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The place is amazing, every thing looks new. The location is perfect and Lauren is a great host. We stayed for over a week and would definitely return to this property.

The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It’s tucked just outside the hustle and bustle, offering peace and quiet, but still close enough to walk into town easily. My place had everything I needed, with plenty of amenities and conveniences that made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely view over the marina—perfect to wake up to or unwind with in the evening. I’d happily stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy walk to the amphitheater with crossing guards assisting with crossing the highway. Short drive to the beach and also St. Augustine itself. We opted to uber to St. Augustine which was only about 12 dollars instead of dealing with parking and parking fees. Would definitely stay again! Had no problems with the shower as mentioned in other reviews.

Came to the area for a short visit with family and this home fit our needs for family time. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean, spacious, and cozy, with new appliances. The beds were very comfortable. Kelly was responsive, communicative, and helpful. I recommend!

We had an amazing time! We love staying at places with a fun personality and this place absolutely delivered! Not only was the decor perfect, but the personal touches we received were a bonus. This was the first rental we've ever had that didn't require us to basically clean the place before we head out. It was a nice change of pace. You definitely won't regret staying here.

Heather’s place has everything you could possibly need and more! Her house was cozy and felt like a real home away from home. We parked our car and walked everywhere all weekend. It’s in the perfect location for everything in St. Augustine’s historic district, but also tucked back on a quiet street with a nice neighborhood feel. I’m going to miss sitting on her front porch enjoying my morning coffee and evening cocktail. Book her place. I promise you won’t regret it!
