Vacation rentals with beach access in Historic District, St. Augustine

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

Stan is EXTREMELY easy to reach and responsive! There is easy access to the beach across the street along with restaurants and coffee shop and smoothie shop all within walking distance. Stan was on top of making sure the 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit were clear for us at all times since others were trying to park there. If you are a light sleeper, a bit of outside/street noise could be an issue n the front bedroom. Clean unit and looks exactly like the pictures. We had an enjoyable stay and will return!

I stayed with my daughter. We loved this studio. It is set up perfectly. Big bathroom. Tons of towels. Everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the book of recommendations which is also available on the site listing. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended.

Heidi's place exceeded out expectations! It was so nice to have the sand toys and wagon but also toys and games inside for my granddaughter to play with. We bought groceries from the Publix (walking distance ! ) and fixed some meals at the house and there was not one implement that we needed that wasn't there. The porch was great to sit out on and such an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect and we loved it!!

Super cute place and easy three minute walk to the beach. The beach was super private. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was very generous with all of the amenities provided, such as the beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Perfect for a couple. St. augustine beach is beautiful and the downtown area is so fun. This is a perfect place to stay for a week!

The Turtle's Nest is an adorable little place, very homey, clean, well stocked - even with extra supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach just steps out the back door! Rebecca and Rob communicated immediately - they live next door so they are available to help, if anything is needed. They definitely understand how to offer an exceptional rental experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé’s quick 3 day stay. It was peaceful, right on the beach, and close enough to downtown that we didn’t mind venturing out a couple times for food and things to do. Most importantly, this was truly the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. I saw people raving about cleanliness in the reviews, but it was truly spotless. It made the stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! The house was beautiful and in a great location. Very easy to find for us and for Ubers. I thought there were three beds in the lower bedroom, but there were two. Still had so much room.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

This stay exceeded our expectations! The home was not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but it also had so many thoughtful touches that showed the host truly thinks ahead for their guests. It had everything we needed and more — way beyond what we imagined. The recommendations provided were also spot-on and helped us make the most of our trip. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. Highly recommend!

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Gabriel's place was perfect! It was spacious, well stocked and a short walk to downtown St. Augustine. We loved our time there!

Ashley's place was a pleasure to stay. Everything you need was available. Beautiful beach and close to several great restaurants.

Wonderful time with family and friends for a much needed get away. We could not figure out the TV and Alan sent his friend and wife over to help fix the tvs. The friend and wife provided amazing food recommendations and places to go in downtown . Definitely recommend and will stay again .

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back? Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.
